Come join Country Kickup Casper at Lifetime Health and Fitness from 6:30–8:30pm and see what it’s all about!
We teach every Friday—except the last Friday of the month, because that’s when we turn it up with our SOCIAL DANCE! 🎉
Whether you’re brand new or looking to build your skills, we’ve got you covered with fun, high-energy lessons and an amazing community.

We’re kicking off summer with a brand new line dance: “Always Humble” — and we can’t wait to share it with you!
This class is perfect for all ages and all skill levels, whether you’ve never danced before or you’re ready to pick up something new.

Hey Dancers! 🤠
Right now, we’ve got an amazing group of follows ready and excited to dance… but we need MORE LEADS!
Never danced before? No problem. We’ll teach you from the ground up and help you build confidence both on and off the dance floor.
Think of it this way—the lead is like the picture frame to the Mona Lisa. The follow is the art, and the lead’s job is to guide, support, and highlight that beauty. You create a space where your partner feels safe, smooth, and confident—bringing the dance to life.
Leads are essential, and we’d love to help you step into that role.
