🇺🇸🧡 HOLIDAY HABITS CHALLENGE 🧡🇺🇸

This week looks a little different...

There are no Team Filly or Wednesday night soccer this week, and that's okay.

Great athletes know that recovery is part of training.

Take this week to enjoy the Fourth of July, spend time with family and friends, and recharge before we get back to work.

Your challenge this week is simple:

💧 Stay hydrated.
🥾 Be active for at least 30 minutes.
😴 Get 8+ hours of sleep.
❤️ Spend quality time with family and friends.

Remember...

You don't have to be in the weight room or on the soccer field to build championship habits.

Recovery.
Balance.
Gratitude.
Healthy choices.

🧡⚽ INTRODUCING FUEL THE FILLIES ⚽🧡

Over the past several years, our coaches have heard many questions from athletes:

💧 How much water should I be drinking?

🍎 What should I eat before practice or a game?

💪 How do I recover after lifting?

😴 How does sleep affect performance?

🧠 How can I improve my mindset and confidence?

Fuel the Fillies was created to help answer those questions.

Throughout the summer and soccer season, we'll be sharing simple, evidence-based information to help athletes better understand how nutrition, hydration, recovery, sleep, leadership, and mindset impact performance both on and off the field.

This is more than a nutrition campaign.

It's about helping our athletes build habits that support success in the classroom, weight room, and on the soccer field.

Travel day today, tomorrow we face off in the state qualifying match vs Riverton. Lets's go Fillies!! Games will be live-streamed on NFHS Network from Jackson Hole HS.

This will be the last Regional Tournament for Soccer, next year top 4 from East and West go to state.

Last home games this weekend for our Seniors and Exchange students. Jordan, Abby, Delaney, Ryleigh, and ElaKay, thank you from the coaches for allowing us to be a part of your senior year at NCHS!!
