🐑 A Special Thank You to Our Livestock Supporters! ❤️

We want to take a moment to recognize our incredible livestock supporters and thank them for their dedication and continued support year after year.

Our livestock exhibitors put countless hours into raising, caring for, and preparing their animals for the Chelan County Fair. These projects teach responsibility, hard work, dedication, and so much more.

Because of the generosity of our livestock supporters, these hardworking kids have the opportunity to sell their animals at auction and see all of that hard work pay off.

To every individual, family, and business that shows up, bids, buys, adds on, and supports our livestock exhibitors — thank you. Your support makes a difference, not just during fair week, but in the lives of these kids.

We truly couldn't do what we do without you. ❤️

Want to Help Shape the Future of the Chelan County Fair?

We’re looking for dedicated, hardworking community members who love the Fair and want to help make it even better!

The next Chelan County Fair Board meeting will be held:

📅 Thursday, October 8th
⏰ 7:00 PM
📍 Chelan County Commissioners Meeting Room -400 Douglas St. in Wenatchee.

During the meeting, we will be voting to fill eight vacant Fair Board Director positions:
⭐ Four 2-year terms
⭐ Four 3-year terms

Our Fair Board is a working board. Being a director means more than attending meetings or serving in an advisory role. The Fair Board shall consist of 18 voting members. Our members are actively involved throughout the year in planning, preparing for, operating, and improving the Chelan County Fair.

We’re looking for people who are willing to show up, pitch in, bring ideas to the table, work as a team, and help continue building a Fair our community can be proud of.

Interested in serving—or know someone who would be a great addition to our team? Names may be submitted to the Executive Committee by reaching out to the fair office prior to October 9, and nominations will also be accepted from the floor during the meeting.

Come be part of the team behind the Fair and help us continue creating something special for Chelan County. ❤️🎡🇺🇸
