New 6 week session starts
•Thursday July 6th-Tuesday August 15th
•Classes will be held outside.
•Schedule is Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 5:15-6:00.
•Classes will include, warm up, mix of cardio, weights, plyometrics, and finish with a cool down. And anyone that’s taken my classes I definitely like to mix it up:)
***Classes are tailored to ALL fitness levels.
•If you are interested in joining, know a buddy who is, or just have general questions-reach out!
•This is a 6 week session
•Cost is $60 for 12 classes or drop in rate of $7.
