Ladies, I want to let you know that we will be resuming classes again soon. But in the meanwhile, try to do a few active things each day. It doesn't need to be difficult or take a lot of time. And remember, the oldest moves tend to work the best!!
Folding laundry? I like to do a few squats between items.
Watching TV? Run in place or do some jumping jacks during commercials. Why not mix it up and alternate them.
Vacuuming? Keep your vacuum close at your side instead of extending your arms so far. Not only will you get LOTS more steps in, but you also won't be using your lower back.
There are many ways to add to your daily routine. Also, instead of thinking of reasons why you 'can't' do something, think of ways to modify.
