Meet Jen, our new Pilates instructor, bringing experience, drive + passion to the studio! 😍
Jennifer began studying yoga in 2007 as a way to cross-train and maintain flexibility as a long-distance runner, after an injury. She previously taught classes for the Driven Fitness Pilates Studio in Ohio and is currently certified in the following:
• YMCA Foundations of Group Exercise
• Merrithew Total Barre™ and ZEN∙GA® mind-body modality
• Yoga Alliance 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher
• TRX® Suspension training
• American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Personal Fitness Trainer
• American Heart Association CPR/AED/First Aid
• Pilates Reformer 1 Instructor (Nov. 2025)
• Pilates Mat 1 Instructor (Nov. 2025)
Jennifer has also worked in the environmental compliance field for the last 30 years and teaches environmental college courses.
