Lori-Yoga/Pilates I am an E-RYT 500 Yoga Teacher and certified Pilates instructor.

My mission is to create spaces where people can move, breathe, and reconnect with themselves in a way that feels empowering and authentic. I am an E-RYT 500 Yoga Teacher and certified Pilates instructor with a passion for helping people feel at home in their bodies and free from the pressures and expectations of society. By day, I work as a Budget Analyst for the City of Phoenix, and by heart, I’m an advocate for animal rescue—I’ve saved countless dogs and share my life with five of my own.

I’ve changed this page to my personal yoga/Pilates page since I no longer have a brick and mortar studio. I will still be sharing yoga and Pilates tips and advice and wisdom so feel free to stick around! I’ll also share my Casa Grande schedule in case anyone is in town!

Unfortunately I am having back issues and cannot teach Dynamic Yoga for awhile. Tuesdays will now be Stretch and Meditate with a theme of Chakras. This class combines yin, stretching and myofascial release and ends with meditation. If you booked Dynamic Yoga and want to cancel please contact me for a refund. Thank you for understanding.
