Introducing our Pro Classic Boards. These are similar to what I've been making for the past few years, but these now feature two braces under each top to reduce bounce.
Pro Classic Boards
These professional boards are 100% handmade in the USA with classic traditional co****le materials.
- The tops are made from half inch premium birch plywood.
- The frames and legs are made from premium 2x4 lumber.
- Frames and tops are secured using glue and pocket hole screws.
- These sets also feature two support braces under each top to reduce bounce.
- All edges are rounded off with a router and sander.
- Each board measures 24" x 48", with the rear 12" off the ground, and the front 4" off the ground.
- Each board weighs 27 pounds.
- These boards are 100% built in the United States.
- These boards come with a 1-year limited replacement warranty but are built to last a lifetime when stored in a dry indoor environment.
When ordering this set, you have the option to keep them unfinished, or finished with semi-gloss clear coat.
You also have the option to purchase a set of 8 co****le bags in a variety of color options. You MUST select both bag colors for bags to be added to your order.
- HIGH QUALITY – Each set comes with 8 regulation co****le bags (4 of each color). These bags measure 6” x 6” and are filled with 15-16 ounces of whole kernel corn as prescribed by ACA regulations.
- DURABLE – Bags are made with heavy duty 12 oz Duck Canvas that is double stitched for extra durability.
- MADE IN THE USA – These bags are 100% manufactured in the United States.
- 1 YEAR WARRANTY – We will replace failures in stitching for one year.
