We will be offering several cheer programs later on this summer to provide all kinds of levels, types of classes, etc. to the children of our community.
We will also be looking for at least one coach to help develop and teach the girls and boys everything from basic skills to team competition.

Looking for a wholesome, positive approach to teaching your child a complete tumbling skills and cheer experience including strength and conditioning?
Looking for a group of parents focused on fund-raising activities which bring parents and cheer girls together to diminish or totally eliminate all costs for uniforms, meet and coaches' fees and, in many cases, many tuition costs?
Looking for a gym in which you pay only the wholesale price for uniforms with no charge for choreography?
Consider Hot Spot All-Star Cheer. Our girls practice three hours per week, every week throughout the year. Our 9,000 sq ft air-conditioned gym is open for you. We are only closed for the major holidays (and Halloween). You pay a monthly tuition of $100 per month. You are entitled to spend as many hours on the floor and on the tumbletrak learning and developing your skills as possible.
We will only be competing in the Phoenix area this season. Our parents have already completed several fundraisers with more coming now and in the future to cover all competition expenses.
We are the only cheer and gymnastics program in the area that has a not-for-profit organization structure so every dollar you receive for fund-raising is tax exempt.

This past Saturday our Hot Spot Cheer team had an amazing "fun"raiser and fundraiser at Peter Piper Pizza in the Fry's Plaza on Florence Blvd! We thank our team parents and cheer team for their hard work in making this both a social and financial success! No, we are not the biggest cheer team in the area, but we have a dedicated bunch of families who bond together in friendship and dedication to develop our cheer program.

Looking for a great event for your whole family to "celebrate" back-to-school?

Join the Hot Spot Cheer team this Saturday at Peter Piper Pizza for games, contests and an all-around great time! They are having a daylong happening to raise money for their uniforms, competition fees and other expenses.

Check out the sign at our gym entrance for further information on contest times, events and other information, then join us at Peter Piper Pizza in the Fry's Plaza.

Be sure to print out the forms in order for our girls to get credit for your purchases OR pick up a form at the gym counter. We even have stickers for FREE tokens at the counter! Use one of the forms for your family and give the other to a neighbor or friend to share in the fun!

We have received several calls asking about our cheer program and what we have to offer compared to others in the area.

1. the costs. Our tuition is $100 for Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00-5:30. We do not take breaks during the year regardless of the season. We offer classes between Christmas and New Years. We only close for the major holidays. If your child wants to learn tumbling skills and stunting, we are open and ready to teach.

2. the uniforms. We have a practice uniform which cost about $100 including bows, sneakers and additional clothing. Our cost is your cost. Our head coach is sitting down with the parents to choose a competition uniform, backpack and whatever else is necessary. The budget will be around $150 for everything. Our price is your price. We are somewhat conservative in our choices.

3. the competitions. We will compete in Phoenix and the surrounding area this year, our first year of real competitions. We hope to add a trip to San Diego or another part of California or New Mexico next year.

4. financing. We work with our gymnastics team on fundraisers. We have a non-profit entity called the Hot Spot Gymnastics and Cheer Booster Club to raise money from many activities while not be responsible for taxes that would normally be created from the income. The cheer team families will work with the gymnastics team this year at the Casa Grande Invitational, the largest yearly gymnastics meet in Pinal County. This year the meet will be held at Central Arizona College on October 21-22. We anticipate raising the necessary funds for each participating family to cover costs for all spring competitions.

5. our facility. Our air-conditioned gym is the largest gymnastics and cheer facility in the county. Our gym includes a full-size AAI spring floor, a 30-foot tumble track and a large number of various size and shaped mats.

5. our coaches. Stop in during a practice and talk to the parents and get their opinions. Their opinions are what count!

We would like to offer our sincerest thank you to all of the former military family members of our gymnasts and cheerleaders. Mr. Ben Decker, one of our gym parents, has found this wonderful opportunity for disabled former military members to receive a $500 grant for each child between the ages of 5-18 in our gymnastics and cheer programs. Looking for a great destination for your child to develop her/his athletic, social and confidence development? Consider Hot Spot Gymnastics and Cheer!
We are the largest and oldest gymnastics and cheer organization in Pinal County with 9,000 square feet of equipment tailored for youth ages 12 months to 18 years old.
Hot Spot is the only gymnastics facility offering recreation classes for all ages, a Junior Olympics competitive team and an Xcel competitive team.
Our gym's all-star cheer program is joining USASF this year and will be participating at competitions in Arizona. Next year we plan to expand our schedule to include out-of-state competitions.
Our gymnastics team is entering its fifth year of competition with meets throughout the state. We are also traveling to San Diego for a spring meet.
If funding is a concern, we have a not-for-profit support organization whose only purpose is raising funds for our teams. Our largest fundraiser is the Casa Grande Invitational, a two-day statewide gymnastics meet in October.
For further information, stop in at our air-conditioned gym located at 1325 E. Florence Blvd, behind Planet Fitness any weekday from 3:00-8:00 or Saturdays from 10:00-1:30 for further information. Talk to the coaches and let a coach take your child out on the equipment to determine the best class for her/him.
