The theme is Autumn Equinox 🍂 — finding balance and grounding as we shift into the new season. A moment to settle, recalibrate, and root back into yourself.

Certified sound healer Melody Johnson will guide you through singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. No chanting, no posing, no pressure — just lay down and let the sound do the work.
