Celebrating National Employee Wellness Month! If you spend your workdays at a desk, your posture might be sabotaging your workouts.

Your Tip: Follow the 20/20/20 rule. Every 20 minutes, stand up for 20 seconds, and look at something 20 feet away. Ensure your monitor is at eye level to prevent neck strain, and keep your feet flat on the floor. Small workplace resets make a massive difference!

Meet our newest team member, McKenna! McKenna is bringing her passion and energy to the turf field at NWC with a brand-new Bootcamp Class starting Wednesday, June 24th from 7:00–7:45 PM.

To help you get to know her before you sweat, here are a few fun facts about McKenna:
🗺️ She’s originally from Ohio, and NC is the 4th state she’s called home!

Are you a current PT or Cardiac Rehab patient at Meadowmont? Please read below for an important change to your appointment check-in process.

We are installing three self-service lobby kiosks to streamline your check-in experience.

Key Dates & Details:
☑ Timeline: Go-live date is June 23.
☑ Lobby Support: Staff will be in the lobby from 7:00 am – 5:00 pm to assist you with kiosk use and wayfinding.
☑ Lobby Update: The lobby blood pressure machine will be removed to make room. Please use the machine on the second floor near the elevator.
