Mr earned his blue belt! Congratulations!
Quan is a martial artist at heart. He loves jiu jitsu and you see it by how quickly he has been developing his skills. He is also kind, patient, and goes out of his way to help others. I hope the jiu jitsu world is filled with a million billion Quans one day.

Why? To be hard to kill!

Elio is a UNC graduate who works as an accountant in down town Cary. Not only does he bring the looks and the brains, he also brings the grittiness of a triathlon athlete. Yes! Before Elio trained martial arts he was a triathlon athlete who competed in countless races. His back ground in athletics has been paying dividends in the training room. Elio is a quick study and has been making huge strides in skill development.
