American Freestyle Martial Arts Team Jensen As a school we are a family oriented environment, with separate age appropriate curriculums.

American Freestyle offers a variety of class options ( Kempo karate, American kickboxing, competitive or non competitive point fighting, Jiu-Jitsu/ submission wrestling, Tricking and weapons tricking, performance arts fueled by HYPER, and our natural reaction self defense system "NRSD"). We compete in a wide variety of subjects making our school very well rounded. Competition is not a must, and we

are happy to help anyone find their passion in life. If being active, full of energy, creating great skills, and instilling amazing life lessons is your aim, we would be proud to have you on our team.

Good morning Team, just a reminder Saturday adult classes start at 9am and kids begin at 10 am.
For the next few weeks we are organizing Saturday morning kids classes as a game day,
So that they can just unwind. Being couped up all week for school I'm sure they could use an hour to let out some energy.

Good afternoon AFMA Team, Family and Friends.

I hope everyone had many chances over the weekend to celebrate Fathers day. We took a much needed adventure and had many amazing moments to connect and see all the beauty of the surrounding forest. I cant begin to express how needed it was.

*We are just getting back into town and as you can imagine need to kind settle in. (The Dojo will be closed this eve) and reopen tomorrow morning for all classes throughout the day. All early skill students may come tomorrow I will open the 4:30 class.

Thank you to Sensei's Emily, Jose and Jonathan for all your help this weekend. I look forward to sharing an amazing week with all of you.
