She holds a Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology/Kinesiology and is a Pilates Continuing Education Provider. Pure Pilates Atlantic is a fully equipped Pilates Studio specializing in expert online Private Lessons and small group Reformer and Tower classes. space. Places are limited to ensure quality teaching time and attention. This is a very different experience to watching a pre-recorded class, because there is a lot of interaction, each class is personalized and I provide instruction while watching you like a hawk. I will demonstrate exercises from time to time, but my main objectives are instruction, observation, corrections – and compliments! I am a comprehensively trained teacher (Level 3 Mat work, Reformer, Cadillac, Combo-Chair, and Ladder Barrel). I hold additional certifications including Master Mat Instructor, HIP (High Intensity Pilates) Instructor, Classical Reformer Instructor, Pre & Post Natal Pilates, and Pilates for Children.

Symmetry in Motion: Experience the effects of unilateral training on the Reformer with a unique blend of classical and contemporary exercises. Based on the principles of Bilateral Deficit and Cross Educational Theory. This workshop layers deep core stabilization with effective strength training and increased proprioception. Prioritizing the most effective planes of movement for unilateral work to create greater symmetry. Not all unilateral exercises are created equally.
