Goldfish Swim School - Cary Teaching kids how to swim is our passion. Goldfish is much more than a swim school. Goldfish prides itself on offering each parent and child a Golden Experience.

Goldfish Swim School – Cary is a state-of-the art swimming facility dedicated to teaching children as early as 4 months how to swim. From the moment you walk in the door, you enter a tropical oasis. Brightly colored walls, tiki cabanas and surfboard benches surrounding our island-style hair drying station border our pool, abuzz with the sounds of kids kicking and hands-on swimming instruction. At

the pool deck, kids dive into an always-tropical 90-degree pool. In a class size of no more than 4 children to 1 swim instructor, children master the skills they need to be safe and confident in the water. Beginning as early as 4 months, children progress through a series of perpetual swimming lessons, graduating to higher levels of difficulty as swimming skills are mastered. Goldfish also offers special events like birthday parties, family swim, accelerated Jump Start Clinics and our Goldfish Swim Team, catered to swimmers who have completed the Goldfish Pro Level. Every great adventure starts with a little imagination. 🏴‍☠️👑

One day, they’re a pirate searching for treasure. Next, they’re a princess making a royal splash. And somewhere in between all that pretending, they’re learning something pretty incredible: confidence.

At Goldfish Swim School, we believe play is one of the best teachers. Through laughter, imagination, and plenty of fun, little swimmers discover they can try new things, solve challenges, and believe in themselves.

We absolutely adore Miss Annabelle! Annabelle is an exceptionally compassionate teacher who takes pride in having swimmers feel safe, supported, & confident in her classes. She adapts her lessons to fit each student's individual needs & encourages them to be brave and excited about both practicing recurring skills & trying new ones. What many do not see, which is part of what makes Annabelle such a wonderful staff member, is that she is constantly asking questions & searching for feedback to be her very best.

Whether it be teaching or lifeguarding, Annabelle is always seeking extra practice to maintain exceptional safety skills & premier lesson quality for her students, further demonstrating her genuine passion for providing the Golden Experience. She also treats her other team members with immense kindness & respect, & truly has such a caring & helpful heart towards everyone.

We truly could not ask for a sweeter team member, & we are both incredibly proud & grateful to have Annabelle as a part of our fish fam!!

It's time to celebrate our fin-tastic star students for the month of August!

4-year-old swimmer Alan may come across as quiet at first, but that quickly dissipates when you see how bold and confident he is in the water! He smiles and laughs as he becomes stronger in his kicks and pulls, back floats, and rollovers! He's exceptionally kind to his fellow swimmers and loves to pull a silly face with his teachers. Go Alan!

Verity is always eager to be in class and participate in the skills! She is a great listener and strives to improve every week. Her instructor, Audrey, loves to listen to her stories on the trips that she is going on! She is a super sweet kid, and Audrey is so grateful for the opportunity to teach her!

Way to go, little fish! We are so proud of the waves you are making!

Summer at Goldfish means meeting new swimmers, welcoming new team members, and (sadly) saying “sea you later” to staff members heading off on new adventures after graduation.

To celebrate both our incoming and outgoing team members, we hosted a “Hello, Goodbye” party filled with laughs, memories, and plenty of fun. 💙

We’re so excited to welcome our newest team members and wish our graduates all the best in their next chapter. Just remember- you can always dive back in to say hello!

Because for many little swimmers, it's the day they get to see their favorite instructor, celebrate a new skill, and have a whole lot of fun.

Not every routine has to feel like a chore. Sometimes the best part of the week comes with a swimsuit and a splash. 🐠✨
