Football Program Mission
The objective and general purpose of the Cary Junior Trojans Football Program is to promote a positive atmosphere conducive to establishing a genuine interest and knowledge of competitive sport for all participants. It is dedicated to enhancing the development of better citizens, the character, and the teaching of all individuals and development of a respect for all facets
of the contest. To encourage a high level of integrity and promote good sportsmanship, all of which lead to a winning attitude. Exceptional athletic ability or the winning of games is secondary, and the welfare of the youths participating is of prime importance. Flag Football Mission
Cary Junior Trojan Flag football program is the foundation of learning and developing motor and key fundamental skills for young children. It will teach them to follow basic direction, communicate, and interact with their teammates and coaches. Fair play and good sportsmanship will promote an environment that allows all to enjoy the game of football. Coaches will ensure that each and every player will receive equitable treatment including full and equal participation. The flag program is the stepping stone for the children to grow in life skills and within the Cary football program. Cheer Program Mission
The mission of the Cary Junior Trojans Cheer Program is to educate participants emphasizing the fundamentals and to develop athletes at a variety of levels based on the participant's age and experience. The objective of Cary Junior Trojans Cheer is to encourage and inspire our area youth and facilitate participation in practicing good health, citizenship, character and sportsmanship in a fair and supportive manner. We educate our participants on the sport of cheerleading, to better prepare them for higher levels of this sport. Dance Program Mission
The mission of the Cary Junior Trojans Dance Program is to help participants learn the fundamentals of dance routines that will include a variety of styles from hip hop to jazz. As the participants move up with each level, the routines become more advanced to better prepare them for Junior High and High School dance through regular practice and competition.
