It is with the heaviest heart that we share the passing of our beloved Coach Tammy.

We are devastated, but we are also so grateful. Grateful for every class, every laugh, every “tell me something good", and every life she impacted.

She will always be remembered as our Super Hero.

Last week one of our past employees at OHM...our sweet, strong, always-push-you-past-your-limits Coach Tammy suffered a sudden brain hemorrhage. She is currently in the Neuro ICU at Rex Hospital.

If you’ve ever taken Tammy’s class, you know her fire. Her grit. The way she believed in you when you didn’t believe in yourself.

Now it’s our turn to believe for her.

There is a GoFundMe set up to support Tammy and her family during this fight. Medical crises don’t just impact health — they impact everything.
