Cary Cavaliers Baseball Club led by coach Lynn Lusk is a youth baseball program in Cary, NC. The organizations focus is on performance training to build strong, healthy young athletes. The practices consist of a balanced mixture of skill development, agility, speed and strength. In addition, field practices help create a cohesive and coordinate team strategy to prepare them for tournaments throug

Lynn Played baseball for 20 years in the Cary area through Cary Town Of Cary, Cary High, Green Hope (First Baseball Team in year 2000) UNCG, All Navy and MSBL's Triangle Rangers. He has since coached baseball for 15 seasons, most recently Mills Park Middle School, with 2 state championships at the 14U age group. He is certified Personal trainer, Strength and Conditioning coach as well as being First Aid Certified/Nutrition Coach Certified.
