Enroll now in our Female "Intro to Boxing" small group training summer program🥊💪 The program includes (4) one hour sessions held on July 12, 19, 26 & Aug 2 from 10-11am. Zero experience needed. You will learn boxing drills + technique, build conditioning with a focus on core strength and connect with a community of women who are ready to try a sport that will build confidence mentally and physically. We Don't Play Boxing. At DTR we take that statement very seriously as boxing is physical combat - not a game. That is why we start anyone wanting to join our program without prior boxing experience in our Boxing Bootcamp class. Then after the willingness to listen and learn along with commitment to showing up and working hard is proven we promote boxers to our Boxing Team.
