A little re-introductionβ¦ ππΌ
My fitness instructor journey began in 1991 as a college lacrosse player looking to build upper body strength. What started as personal strength training quickly became a passion.
The gym owner who mentored me believed in high standards and accountability. She pushed me to deeply study anatomy, physiology, form, and movement mechanics β while also learning intricate choreography to teach aerobic dance fitness in true 90βs hip-hop style. ππΌ
Since then, Iβve taught:

β¨ TRX
β¨ Kettlebell
β¨ Zumba
β¨ Pound
β¨ Bootcamp
β¨ HIIT
β¨ Resistance Bands
