A full-scale fitness facility, featuring a complete state-of-the-art weight room, cardio theater, power room, functional conditioning room, women's only area, group training studio & classes, full-sized basketball court, steam and sauna, as well as full-sized locker rooms. Also features both licensed massage and licensed physical therapy.

Our Story

Under new ownership as of January 1st 2018!!!!! We are a full-scale fitness facility, featuring a complete state-of-the-art weight room, power room, functional training room, a variety of cardio equipment, a separate spinning studio, a woman’s workout room, a large group fitness room, separate men’s and woman’s steam and sauna, as well as full-sized locker rooms. Coming in the Fall 2018, we will have our basketball court in full swing!! So come in and check out our club, take a tour, try a class or have a shake at our juice and protein bar! We look forward to meeting you!
