Carnival of Cans Annual Barrel Racing Event, minimum $10,000 ADDED weekend, lots of sidepots, giveaways and prizes over the 3 days, sanctioned up with various organizations - 3 day event The Carnival of Cans was created so that contestants can come and join in 3 fun filled days of barrel racing with an array Side pots galore, fun prizes and giveaways it truly is the "Carnival of Cans". We strive t

o keep the "carnival theme" and atmosphere to make it fun for everyone. We are also proud to have the announcing voice of Jim Crusinberry to announce our race, keeping it fast-paced and professional. Vendors accepted. Open 4-D with 300 and under, we will go 5D once we hit 301 entries.

The American Contender Qualifier for the Carnival of Cans is now Open on their site -click on link below!

It’s scheduled to start not before Noon on Saturday September 12th at Lucky J steakhouse & Arena Carthage MO it’s a Central Region Qualifier and will close Sept 7th at 5 pm on their site.

Entries will be rollover in the Open that day which has $2500 added plus other Sidepots you need to check too.

Can’t wait to see all these amazing horses running down the alley with their Game On!!!

We are just one week away from the Pre Entries closing - September 7th at 10 pm
And you MUST BE PAID to be in Pre Draw - no grace period on this too much to get done between loading up, stall/RV assignments and pre draw done and posted!

Late entries will open up on Sept 10th along with stall and RV assignments being posted. Early arrivals are welcomed however it’s really important no one other that the official crew arrive before 5 pm - we need time to set up and get ready for everyone.

You are encouraged to pre order your shavings on SGP especially if you are arriving Thursday night -shaving person will not be available after 9 pm that night.

🎡 Thanks to Triple 7 Equine the buckles are in and all the other cool stuff we are doing for the PeeWees on Saturday morning are being assembled!

🔥 Be sure to get those peewees ready to run Saturday morning September 12th at 10 am starting with the Leadline class then rolling into the Ride Alone kids! Awards will follow directly afterwards!

1st and 2nd in each Division in a 3D format will be awarded - Buckle to 1st and a Sno Cone Maker to 2nd plus some other cool things to each! Goodie buckets will be given out to all contestants loaded with fun stuff!

MUST enter on sgpevents.net books close at 9 am on Saturday morning for us to do the draw so don’t wait!
