🌨 UPDATE | We hope everyone is staying safe and warm!

We will delay openings on Monday. Our Fitness centers in Pinehurst, Sanford, Southern Pines, Raeford and Rockingham will open at 12 p.m., weather permitting.

Our 24/7 locations in Troy and Whispering Pines will remain open, weather permitting.

FACILITY UPDATE | With snow and ice on the way, we are modifying the hours at our fitness center in the coming days.

- Saturday, January 24: Normal Hours
- Sunday, January 25: Open
- Monday, January 26: Opening at 10 a.m.

We will post additional updates over the weekend, particularly if there are widespread power outages. Stay safe and warm!
