Coach Allison runs on two things:
hustle… and Sprite. 😭🔥

If you’re jogging, she sees it.
If you’re loafing, she DEFINITELY sees it.

Her rule is simple:

“RUN IT OUT. EVERY TIME. NO DISCUSSIONS.”
