UNILATERAL work is a basic movement pattern that you should train weekly if not daily!
If you arnt already training one side at a time start by adding ONE thing each day/workout!

Stability is another daily exercise in my book! TRAIN for it!
LETS GO!

*Notice the second movement is a regression from the full SL squat. Pains and injures need to dealt with, not ignored or pushed through!
