Our Mind & Sole Company dancers have been putting in the WORK, and we are already so excited about what’s being created! The energy, dedication, and hard work from our competition team has us counting down the days until these routines hit the stage!

This season is just getting started, and we have a feeling it’s going to be a GOOD one!

We are SO excited to bring back our Sole Ambassador Program for another season—and this year, we’re ready to make it bigger and better than ever! 💗
A select group of dancers will have the opportunity to represent Mind & Sole on social media while sharing their love of dance and giving everyone a peek at all the fun happening inside our studio!
Our Sole Ambassadors will:
✨ Promote dance in a positive and inspiring way
📸 Share what’s happening at Mind & Sole
🤩 Help us reveal and promote all things NEW coming to the studio
💃 Take on fun dance challenges throughout the year
🫶 Represent the M&S community with confidence, creativity, and positivity!
