Mind & Sole Dance Company will not only teach kids the basic techniques in dance but everyday life skills. I want my dancers to work together as a team and build each other up. My dancers will be taught respect and how to build their own confidence. There will be numerous classes allowing each dancer to truly express themselves. Mind & Sole is more than just dance; it’s a learning center for life lessons, and hard work.

We were so honored to welcome Sarah Liang to the studio for an inspiring and high-energy workshop! Her passion, talent, and knowledge left our dancers motivated, challenged, and excited to keep growing.

•Wear All Black and Hair up and out of face
•arrive 15 minutes before audition time to fill out audition forms and get an audition number

Make sure you’re audition-ready by reviewing our audition tips and arriving 15 minutes early to complete your dancer questionnaire and information sheet. Every dancer will also receive an audition number upon arrival.

This is an incredible opportunity for dancers to learn from a talented guest instructor, gain new insights, and challenge themselves in a positive and inspiring environment. Best of all, this workshop is open to everyone!

No pre-registration is required—simply join us for this drop-in workshop and register at the front desk upon arrival.
