I could show you the big skills all day long, but sometimes I think THIS is what parents need to see.

Just a normal 10-minute lesson. No highlight reel. No perfect moment. Just me and a little swimmer doing the work. 🤍

I know handing your baby to someone and trusting them to teach a lifesaving skill is a BIG ask. I don’t take that trust lightly.

My goal will always be a safe, skilled swimmer — but I care deeply about the experience we have getting there.

If you’ve been nervous about survival swim, I hope this gives you a little glimpse into what you can expect from me.🩵

A little sass, a lot of pointing, and somehow we still get things done 😂

There’s a whole lot behind the scenes that makes those 10-minute lessons (sometimes 40+ a day) possible.

Thankfully, I have an amazing team handling a lot of the administrative stuff so I can focus on what truly matters… the child in the water. 🤍

Admin stuff? Not my favorite. But teaching kids skills that can save their lives and watching them do BIG things every single day? Best job in the world, if you ask me.🥹

ISR of the Pines is more than just swim instruction, it is a community of like-minded families in Moore County. We can lean on each other long after lessons are over.

Today, I was devastated to learn that one of our swim families suffered a tragedy. This swim family lost their husband and father of 5. I grew to know Jake while teaching 4 of his children. He was a standup guy and incredibly devoted to his family.
