Course is open, no standing water, very little mud. The terrain is heavily wooded and all on a downward grade into the riverbed with phenomenal drainage. Tee pads are clear, 16 sets of chains, 2 road sign targets. Just message me to play is all I ask, may not respond due to work, but at least ask or let me know you're out playing.
