When you are beginning to train its important to find something that you don't "hate" to do. If you don't like it you won't keep doing it. Which in turn means you won't see the results you hope to achieve.

I have been asked several times about loose skin and if I had surgery. I don't mind discussing it, feel free to ask as many questions as you like. Here is one of my responses:
Good morning,
If you look close at my after pictures you can see that I tucked the loose belly skin into my shorts. Other people have innie or outie belly buttons, I have what I call the frowning belly button! LOL! One day I may opt to have the surgery, but right now I am just enjoying transforming myself. I Hydrate and use moisturizers to help with the appearance of stretch marks.
