Congrats to Lincoln and Bear on their promotions. These guys move really well. Lincoln is very young and has become a force in our 3-4 yr old class and is now moving his way into our 5-9 yr old class. Bear has some of the best all around movements in our kids program, I’m very proud of them both. Keep it up guys. 🤜🏻🤛🏻

We had a good day today at the Fuji BJJ event in Dalton. We took Master Ken’s advice and won some 🤣. Overall everyone did great, we had some new competitors and I couldn’t be more proud. I appreciate everyone pushing themselves and representing our gym.
