🎓 Education & Certifications: N.A.S.M. – C.P.T., Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and Corrective Exercise Specialist. American Red Cross CPR/AED certified.

💪 Specialties: Strength and circuit training, fat loss, and balance training.

📚 Fun Fact: I enjoy reading science books, solving puzzles, and watching soccer.

💬 Why did you go into Personal Training? I started exercising for myself and my health. I took the knowledge I learned and realized I could use it to assist others in achieving their goals as well.

As we celebrate Labor Day, please note our adjusted hours:

Center Hours: 7:00am–1:00pm​ | Childcare Hours: Closed
Aquatics Center Hours: 7:00am–12:30pm

To minimize disruption to your sessions, please contact your Personal Trainer or Instructor regarding any impact resulting from the adjusted hours of operation.

Don’t forget to check our website for our modified Group Fitness schedule.

Borough Sidewalk Improvement
Beginning Tuesday, September 8, 2026

Carteret Borough has rescheduled the front sidewalk improvement project to run from Tuesday, September 8, through Friday, September 11.

The Center will remain open, and all traffic will use the side door to enter and exit the facility.

We appreciate your patience during this improvement process.
