Samurai Jiu Jitsu Pro Samurai JJ Pro is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu tournament based in Los Angeles. Next event August 12th, 2012 at CSU Dominguez Hills.

Samurai Pro was founded in 2011 by Lucas Pires, a Fabricio Werdum black belt, and is a small local promotion that holds Jiu Jitsu tournaments, Submission Grappling events, and Mixed Martial Arts fights. Samurai Pro was founded as a means to promote local, up and coming talent, as well as to hold high quality events showcasing the beauty and technical prowess of the martial arts. Samurai Pro held a

very successful inaugural event on May 8th, 2011, that drew large crowds to the Long Beach Pyramid. Some of the best Jujitsu players in the world competed in a single day tournament.
