Attention parents of TSN Cross Country student-athletes:

I'm sending a reminder that there will be a parent meeting today after practice at 4:45 PM by the concessions building at Wheeler Field (our football field).

This will be a brief meeting, as you will get the opportunity to meet Coach DeJong (if you haven't already). He will be getting your contact information and also handing out information pertinent to this season.

Great work team at the Greater Lansing XC Championship! Our girls took 24th place and boys took 18th place. There were 30+ teams in attendance and the competition was tough! Congrats to Sydney and Alex for earning medals and to the 6 kids who PR’d! Full results here:

I am super proud of this team! For our final TVC meet the boys placed 2nd and girls placed 3rd. Congrats to our 7 runners who earned Top 14 and honorable mention medals 🏅
