I know. Boring🥱. Unsexy🤮. No the answer you were probably hoping for.
But here’s what the weight loss industry won’t tell you...
Your body doesn’t need more cardio. It just needs more movement.
There’s a big difference.
Most women I talk to are already exhaust.
They’re juggling work, kids, relationships, and a never ending to-do list.
The last things they needs is another 30min cardio session on the stair master.
What they actually need is something they can do consistently.
That’s walking🚶♀️.
It’s free. It bunrs calories. It doesn’t spike your cortisol. It doesn’t destroy your recovery.
And, it doesn’t require you to show up perfectly rested, motivated, or mentally ready.
You just go.
15-30 minutes a day. That’s it.
Add it to your lunch break. park further away. Take the long way home. It doesn’t have to some big event or even a schedule time block in your day.
And before you write this off as “too easy to work” I want you to think about how many times you’ve started “doing cardio” and stopped in the last year.
Walking works because you can actually do it every single day.
And fat loss is always rewarded to the people that show up consistently NOT the people who try and go hard for two weeks just to burn out and quit until next month.
