We are very grateful to get to work with the wonderful folks at Metcalf Builders and the awesome developers of Holiday Inns again. Here we are constructing an indoor swimming pool and spa estimated to be completed by 2027.

A large multistory building is under construction at the Outlets at Legends next to the Sparks Marina on Scheels Drive. What is it?

The family pool on the Nevada side of Tahoe being installed at the CalNeva Resort is almost ready for shotcrete. It includes a slanted deep end. She’s going to have an incredible view when she’s done.

In less than a few weeks time we have a large portion of the plumbing installed and it has passed inspection at The CalNeva project in North Lake Tahoe.

We have officially begun construction and we are so grateful to have been chosen as the contractor to build the swimming pools and spas at the revitalization project for the CalNeva Hotel & Casino in Lake Tahoe. After more than a year of processing numbers, designs and meetings getting started is one of the best parts.

We are very grateful to have been chosen to construct the new swimming pools and spas being built at the CalNeva, Lake Tahoe, Lakeside Casino & Resort revitalization project. Once frequented by the rat pack and owned by Frank Sinatra in the 1960s it is a place of historical value where celebrities came together and families made memories. Once completed there will be three new swimming pools and a wellness center with seven custom spas.

Today we completed the construction of the newly constructed Holiday Inn indoor swimming pool in Carson City, Nevada off of North Carson St. It’s always a pleasure to get to work with these local developers and the owner of this hotel is an absolute gem. It’s a wonderful addition to our community.

We have begun construction on the new swimming pool and spa going into the new Holiday Inn right next to Scheels in Sparks. We are very grateful to be working with these developers and to have been chosen for this project.
