Summer Baseball Tryouts this Sunday! Shasta County Sun Devils have teamed up with Line Drive Baseball Academy to provide a competitive summer schedule that includes doubleheaders and tournaments. Tentative destinations include Oregon, Nevada, Chico, Fairfield, Los Angeles and Bay Area. See you at the ball field this Sunday.

Played a 3 game playoff against the Redding Tigers tonight to see who went to Arcata for the American Legion North State representative. Unfortunately we lost both tonight, but not without the fight of these young men. Kole Cooke hit a 340 foot homer in the second game to bring us to a 3-2 deficit, after that it sparked our team and we went into the bottom of the 7th with a 2 run lead. Unfortunately we couldn't finish it off, but was one heck of a game. Great season Boys, your a great group of kids.

Great come from behind victory today, 7-2 going into the bottom of the 9th against the Redding Tigers. Won on a HBP with the bases loaded. Way to go SUNDEVILS
