Seems like there been a surge of folks looking to either get a head start on next years beach body, or people who are sick and tired of feeling sick and tired. While personal training may not be for everyone, I encourage anyone to reach out if they need some guidance. Sometimes a qualified outsiders perspective can really shed the light, or in this case, the pounds!
