🚨🚨🏀🏀Calling all DFW basketball players middle school and high school boys and girls. Don’t miss out on this great opportunity to improve on your athleticism through performance and recovery. Come learn what it takes to be a true athlete at this Free event, next Wednesday October 23rd . We will be having free testing on verticals, reaction, power and conditioning so come dressed to perform. We will also be educating the athletes on recovery that will include corrective stretching, theragun, ice and compression sleeves starting at 7pm. I started working with this young man a year ago! Quiet, long and wirey. He worked hard and had a lot of athleticism. I got a chance to watch him play and I was amazed at how effortless he made the game look. I started telling folks just how great this dude was and no one was hearing me cause of the AAU team he ran with. 🤫🤫🤫 it doesn’t matter who you run with! If you can play they will find you!
