C**t Carter having a hot start to the season going 9-16 so far 🔥

Started coming in the facility last month and we’ve talked a lot about set up and optimizing his movement patterns to get into a better spot to clean up his path to accomplish what he is wanting to do at the plate.

Coming in during christmas break to get a tune up before heading back to school, working on moving from the middle and swinging from the middle in 2 sessions so far we’ve already seen a jump in EV, barrel % and better spin off the bat ‼️🔥

First AB back after being out 12 weeks from injury my dude Sam Bell still came in and we really worked out movement patterns to maintain where we got over the Summer. We’d go sessions without hitting a ball to just rep out the sequencing of his body and glad to see the patterns never faded even with injury 🔥🔥🔥🔥
