We love Parkour but the current Covid situation makes
it hard to do it the way we want to do it. Karate continues

Parkour training for our team! We sent four instructors to Tulsa for some Parkour training earlier this month and today they were passing their experience on to the rest of the team.

Who wants FREE SHOES?

We have five weeks of summer camps. Camps 2 and 4, the weeks of June 21 and July 19, are Parkour Camps, open to Juniors and Teens.

We want our Parkour athletes to get the most out of camp and class, so we're throwing in some gear. Anyone who comes to Parkour Camp, and signs up before the end of May, gets a free pair of Parkour shoes! If you have a pair that fits now, you can
get your free pair when your old ones wear out or don't fit.

Parkour in the Park! On Saturday, we take the equipment outside to the park at Rosemead Rec Center. This week, we worked on Wall Skills and Vaults, including Crane Landings.

You can sign up for parkour, but if you do karate, parkour is included!

Summer Camps are filling up, and we have TWO WEEKS OF PARKOUR CAMP this summer!

In Parkour Camp, kids build agility skills. We're working five sets of skills: Vaults, Wall Skills, Jumps & Landing, Rolls & Falls, and, of course, tricks. If your kid is being chased by zombies, he or she should be able to run, vault, the burning car, land and roll and run up the wall to safety.

Kids love Parkour! They see it in the movies, and we can give them foundational skills that will let them add more advanced skills safely and without getting hurt.

Today, we sent out emails to everyone who's ever purchased camps but not used them. They never expire, so even after many people taking a year off activities for Covid, they are still there and ready to use.

Our next camp is Friday, April 2nd, followed by FIVE WEEKS OF SUMMER CAMP! Our Covid protocols will be in place - 50% capacity, social distancing, and masks.

Kids are used to it. We've done 55 days of camp since quarantine ended with zero reports of Covid spread. We can do this, we can do it safely, we can have fun and build skills!

Smaller, safer camps that are GREAT mean we expect every camp to sell out this summer. Get ahead of the curve and reserve spaces now.
