First Fridays at Janjira Muay Thai is a monthly gathering where the Janjira House welcomes invited gyms from across Texas for a night of rounds, respect, and real Muay Thai. More than just sparring, it’s an opportunity for fighters, coaches, and teams to come together, build relationships, exchange knowledge, and represent their gyms in a positive training environment.

Invitations are personally extended by Head Coach Pong Janjira. Invited athletes train free. All other participants are welcome to attend under Janjira’s regular drop-in policies. 🥊🙏🏻

Congratulations, TEAM! 🎉

Today we went 4-1 at the IKF! I’m proud of everyone who stepped in and put in the work. Wins and losses are all part of the journey, but what matters most is that everyone gained valuable experience and represented Janjira with heart.

Thank you to all the coaches, teammates, and supporters who helped make it happen. Let’s keep building, keep learning, and keep getting better.
