Everyone meet Yadi. Yadi is the son of Marcos Campos (Marcos Campos), our longest tenured Cannons coach. Yadi has a rare genetic disorder called IQSEC2. This disorder primarily affects brain function, leading to intellectual disability, global developmental delays, epilepsy, and autism-like features. In an effort to raise awareness, generate support, and bring our community together, the Campos family has set up the IQSEC2 Strollathon X Mighty Yadi.
This is the primary fundraising effort supporting the work to move IQSEC2 genetic therapy toward human clinical trials. Clinical trials cannot happen without adequate funding. Every registration, donation, and share helps bring this potential treatment one step closer to children and all living with IQSEC2.
