We’ve been getting so many questions about our Mash Bar, so we thought we’d show you how to make a mash with us!

This was truly a labor of love as we built our new tack store in Carrollton, Texas. We wanted to create something fun and interactive for everyone who comes in to enjoy.

Little known fact.. before I started my journey as a saddle fitter over a decade ago I got my masters in biomedical/biomechanical science and during that time I did research in prosthetics using carbon nanotubes, polymers and filaments and studied their affects on movement as well as their strengths and weaknesses.

I didn’t know then the impact that education would have on my future… working with saddle trees made of the same materials and having an indepth knowledge of how these materials interact with movement has been such a key for me in helping the horses and riders I’ve helped. The best part is working with amazing clients and saddles that give you the adjustability to delve into the nuances involved in saddle fit. Finding the balance between lightness and stability is truly what makes saddle fitting an artform.
