Katrina's School of Dance

Katrina's School of Dance Evening Classes for ages 3.5 to 18. One class offers all three dances: tap, ballet and jazz.

In 1993, Katrina Bartley launched Katrina's School of Dance in a very small building on Highland Avenue in Carrollton ,Ky. The studio was very successful and the need for a local dance studio was much needed. At a very young age Katrina vowed to open her own dance studio and so after graduating from the University of Louisville in 1993 she immediately started on her life long dream of opening a dance studio for the children in her community. She rented for 18yrs and moved 3 times and then finally relocated to 310 Main Street where her and her family renovated a building in downtown Carrollton along the Ohio River. Katrina's mission was to transform childhood learning into a wildly creative adventure. The goal of her program was to comvine the basic principles of movement with early childhood development. Today, Katrina is committed to promoting high self esteem within a nurturing non competitive environment and to entertain as well as educate and most of all, allow each child to be just that-a child!
