All-Star Weekend was about more than basketball. It was about showing up for our kids! ⭐🏀

During NBA All-Star Weekend in Los Angeles, CSA Kids Foundation was honored to partner with and the incredible community at in Inglewood to host a day of impact for 400 amazing elementary students!

We were honored to welcome hometown legend Lisa Leslie () who shared her powerful journey from Inglewood/Compton to the Olympic stage—reminding every student in the room that where you start does not limit where you can go. 💫

Because of the power of partnership:
👟 gifted 400 brand new pairs of shoes, backpacks & books
🧥 CSA Kids Foundation, with support from , , and , provided 400 brand new jackets to keep our students warm
💰 At the Chase Financial Literacy Corner, students participated in fun Money Skills activities that introduced smart saving and spending habits early
🎨 Through , students stepped into our Creative Arts Corner, writing and drawing their personal “silver linings.” Each piece will be woven into a community tapestry displayed at the school — a reminder that we are all threads in the same fabric of life.

🏀 And of course… it wouldn’t be a CSA event without some basketball challenges! Students and parent brought the energy, reminding us that sports are one of the most powerful ways to build confidence, teamwork, and joy.
