We want to serve our community by offering the best fitness experience around. Kids Room hours are extended for those parents that want to workout and cant find a sitter. Kids Room Hours:
Mon.- Fri. 8am to 1pm and 4pm to 8pm
Sat.- 8am 12pm


Book your Pool Party here as well in our

heated Junior Olympic swimming pool and patio area. Other amenities not included with membership are:

Personal Training
Meal Plans/Nutrition
Body Transformation packages
