Meet Miss Maggie! (My Mama)
We are so blessed to have her join us and help throughout the year! 💖🩰

Miss Maggie started dancing at the age of 5. And 50 years later she's still going strong! She spent the majority of her childhood at her mom's dance studio. In her teen years she danced professionally with the Sacramento Ballet Company and the Nevada Festival Ballet Company. She has studied and taught ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, hip hop, belly dance, ballroom and pole dancing in studios all over the west coast. Maggie and her husband moved to Alabama 2 years ago to hang out with her daughter and 7 grandchildren. Since January of 2026 she has been instructing the PACE classes at the gym. And then joined us to help teach the Dance 4 Fun Summer Camp.

Meet Miss Lily!!!
Lily is my oldest daughter. She is a Junior at Sipsey High and will be my assistant, helping with our 3-5 year olds! 🥰
Lily took dance and gymnastics as a young girl and with 5 younger siblings, she is great with the kids. 💖
A couple fun facts about Miss Lily are, she has two Sugar Glider babies, she can play multiple instruments and was part of a symphony in Missouri, and she is probably one of the most crafty people I know!

Hello everyone! As we get this studio off to our first year of classes, I want to introduce myself. My name is Melissa, originally from Nevada, I’m a mom of 7 beautiful kiddos (6-16), and I have been dancing quite literally my entire life!
My grandma owned a wonderful dance studio, Footloose Dance, in California, that I was blessed to grow up in 🥹💖
Throughout my dance career, I have taken, taught, and coached competition team in ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical, hip-hop, pointe, belly dance…….
I traveled performing at fairs, on a cruise ship, in the Nutcracker, and competing throughout the west coast.
Dance is a part of my heart and soul! In the years I wasn’t teaching, I never stopped dancing! 🩰
After a long break raising babies and moving around the country, I’m honored and blessed to have the opportunity to plant some roots and teach your babies in Alabama! 💖🥰
