What are you doing to support your Immune System??? Pills are like darts thrown at a dart board. You want to be ProActive. Here's a few things you can do: MOST IMPORTANT NO SUGAR...meaning also no breads, pasta, rice, white potatoes, etc!
1) Eat a clove of Garlic everyday
a) if you're already sick, from about 6PM to 10PM eat a clove per hour, at the top of each of those 5 hours and then go to bed. Add no other foods or drinks, only water.
2) Blend an entire lemon, seeds, rind and all in a large glass of water and down it as fast as you can. You can add a sprinkle of Celtic or Himalayan Sea salt to help.
3) Vitamins. C, yes. But Vitamin E is better. Vitamin D3 & K2 together. A B- complex
4) the best thing you can do is intermittent fasting. And it's not as hard as you think. 18 to 24 hours will help your body focus on whats not supposed to be in your body from viruses all the to you Mitochondria.

When working out, you're trying to do 2 things. Break down the muscle fibers and burn calories. Look at what you were doing...is it burning calories? Is the strain enough to build muscle? Doing "neat" things, like holding yourself at a 74° angle and doing a one arm curl... NOT DOING A DARN THING
Make sure you're getting what you're paying for and or not wasting your time
