Just because school and sports are starting, that doesn't mean it's time to slack off in the strength and performance department. 45-60 mins of strength training 2-3 days a week is very doable.

Today was a BIG day for Cam — 135 lbs on bench for a solid 1-rep PR! 💪🔥

Milestones like this are exactly why we do what we do. Strength isn’t built overnight. It’s built rep by rep, week by week, by showing up and putting in the work — and Cam has been doing exactly that.

After crushing 135, we decided to test the waters with 145. We didn’t quite lock it out today, but you know what that means…
