As another Iowa High School State Baseball Tournament comes to a close, we want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped make this week such a success.
First and foremost, congratulations to every team that earned the opportunity to compete at the State Tournament. Reaching this stage is a tremendous accomplishment, and it was a privilege to host such talented student-athletes, coaches, and communities. Thank you for the passion, sportsmanship, and unforgettable moments you brought to Merchants Park.
A special thank you goes to our incredible volunteers. Your countless hours, hard work, and dedication behind the scenes are what make an event of this magnitude possible. Whether you were selling tickets, helping with concessions, assisting teams, maintaining the facility, or handling the countless details throughout the week, your efforts did not go unnoticed.
We also want to thank the Carroll Community School District and Kuemper Catholic Schools for their partnership and flexibility throughout tournament week. Your support helps make hosting this event possible year after year.
To the thousands of fans who traveled from across Iowa to cheer on your teams—thank you. Your enthusiasm, energy, and unwavering support created an incredible atmosphere and showcased everything that makes Iowa high school baseball so special.
Finally, a sincere thank you to the Iowa High School Athletic Association for continuing to place its trust in Carroll as the home of the 1A and 2A State Baseball Tournament. It is an honor our community does not take for granted, and we are proud to partner with the IHSAA to provide an exceptional experience for our student-athletes, coaches, schools, and fans.
Hosting the State Tournament is something our entire community takes great pride in, and we are grateful to everyone who played a part in making this year's tournament another memorable one.
